Intro

Hey Everyone,

Just introducing myself - my name is Dan Herman. I'm currently a senior at Marist College and going to be graduating this semester.

So far I've passed my CCNA (Woohoo!), and during the course of this winter/winter break I'll be taking (And passing!) both the BSCI and BCMSN portions of the CCNP. I'll finish up the remaining two tests as next semester goes on and I'll be graduating with a CCNP at least.

Now here's the good part - next semester, I'm going to be enrolling in an independent study with Professor Cannistra and a few other students here at Marist to go for my CCIE. The plan is to only take four classes, two of which are ridiculously easy. That way I can focus all of my energy on Internet Security and prepping for the king of all Cisco certs - I couldn't think of a better way to spend my last semester...sort of.
